About Barbara Kimmel-Palmer
Barbara Kimmel-Palmer is a published artist who works in watercolor, oil, acrylic, and collage. She has co-owned a gallery in Prescott, Arizona, and has exhibited at the Art-A-Fair Festival in Laguna Beach, California for 20 years. Her artwork was used on the poster for Art-A-Fair one year. She paints a variety of subjects including florals, children, landscapes, seascapes, and still lifes. Most recently she has been exploring abstract collages with gold and copper leafing. Artists with whom she has studied include Ted Goerschner, Tony Couch, Helen Reed, Joyce Faulkner, and Pat Lambrecht-Hould.
She has taught watercolors for 20 years and is well-liked by her students.
